Introducing.....Mr. and Mrs. Glaser!

Hey hey everyone!

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of spending the day with Haley and Paul. They were so much fun!

I met Haley a few months ago for her consultation. I knew instantly that she and Paul were hopelessly in love. The way she lit up when she said his name, the way she smiled as we talked about their wedding day. I am a sucker for young love, but this newlywed might be a little biased ;)

Haley and Paul opted to do a First Look. It was such a beautiful and intimate moment. I felt like I was intruding!

Haley and Paul,

Thank you so much for letting me into your lives. I am honored to have been able to be a part of your wedding day.

I want to give you some advice that we were given:

Always try to out-serve each other.

And keep Jesus Christ in the forefront of your relationship. Pray together. Read God's Word together. Worship together.

I wish you two the very best that life has to offer.

God Bless,

When Opportunity Knocks...

A few weeks ago, I had the amazing opportunity to work with Ms. Christy Loflin. I've been hearing for a long time what a great experience it is to be a second shooter, but I had never done it before. That being said, I was SO excited when Christy called me to work with her.

Even though I have shot weddings as the primary photographer, I was nervous to be working behind a pro

Lucky for me, Christy was great to work with! She was professional, patient, and gave me some great advice.

I would absolutely love to second shoot again. There is a creative freedom and lack of (as much) pressure in it that I really love. If any of you photogs in Baton Rouge would have me, I would love to work with you!

Can life get any better?

Lee and I are married!

All these months (22 of them to be exact) of waiting and wishing and hoping.....and our dreams have finally come true!

While I don't have any "real" pictures of the wedding yet, I can share a few from throughout the day and from the honeymoon:

Yes, this is my breakfast :)

Getting ready to walk to my oh-so-handsome groom ;)

Lee has been telling me for months that we are going to a "Secret Place" for part of the honeymoon. It turned out to be a BEAUTIFUL bed and breakfast called "Away at the Bay". I couldn't have asked for a better surprise! This is the view of the bay.

We decided from day 1 that we wanted to go out to a "snazzy" dinner. Yum!

This is at "Adventure Island" in Orange Beach. He had just kicked my butt at a racing game in the arcade ;)

This is the view of the gulf from our condo. It was beautiful!

And we had a blast playing in the waves :)

Lee,

I love you so much. You did an amazing job planning our first trip together. After only a week, you are more of a husband than I have ever dreamed of. I can't wait to make more memories with you in the years that we have ahead of us. With you by my side and the Lord God ahead of us, we can do anything.

Yours Forever,

Julie
