Happies and Crappies: Graduation and Finals Week

For the past 11 months, I have been a Resident Assistant at SELU. 

I am so appreciative of all of the friend I've made, experiences I've had, and the memories that I will walk away with. I am so glad that I took the risk!

I'm sad to be leaving, but excited for what's ahead of me! 

*Ahem...marriage!*

So in honor of this awesome adventure that I've had, I want to start a new series on the blog: Happies and Crappies. 

Cue celebratory confetti! 

This is something that we did at every staff meeting. All of the RAs would go around the room and tell the "happies" and "crappies" about their week. It was a great way to get to know each other! Hopefully, through this, you guys will get to know me a little better :)

Here we go! 

Happies:

Graduation. One of my very best friends graduated from High School this Saturday! Naturally, I brought my camera/extra appendage and caught a few shots of her big day.

I'm so proud of her. And jealous that her Summer has already began ;) Which leads me to...

Crappies:

FINALS WEEK! Ahh!

Need I say more? 

Yes, I think so.

I've learned that being a semi-perfectionist is not good during this particular week. 

And it's only Monday.

 Granted, I'm  a pretty good student. Only 1 B in two years of college, President's List, etc. I have a feeling I might add another B or two this semester. Not cool. For me at least. 

That being said, I am going back into my study-cave until this nightmare is over.
